We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, energy mismatch, or personal belief. Each gemstone is considered sacred and cannot be resold once touched or worn.

• Damaged items (in transit)

In these rare cases, you must:
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue (from seal to opening)
• Ensure the item is unused and in original condition
