We offer a 24 Hours Return & Exchange Policy from the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, invoices, certificates, and accessories must be included.
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proper unboxing video/photos are required for verification.
• Customized, energized, engraved, or special-order products are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.

Shipping charges, lab certification charges, COD handling fees, and return shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
