1. To confirm your order, an advance payment is required.
2. The advance amount is non-refundable once the parcel is shipped from our side.
3. Remaining balance will be sent as Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Example: If your total order value is ₹1,200 and you paid ₹200 as advance, then only ₹1,000 needs to be paid at the time of delivery.
5. Customers must collect the parcel from the courier partner or delivery department on time.
6. If the customer refuses to accept the parcel or does not collect it, the parcel will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
7. After the parcel returns to us, the previously paid advance amount will be adjusted only if the customer wants reshipment of the parcel.
8. For reshipping the parcel, the customer must pay:

• Remaining COD amount
• Return courier charges
• Reshipping charges

1. If the customer does not respond or refuses to pay the required charges after RTO, the order will be cancelled permanently.
2. We dispatch all parcels through trusted and tested courier partners. Delivery issues caused due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or failure to collect the parcel are not our responsibility.
3. Customers must provide correct name, address, mobile number, and PIN code while placing the order. Any loss or delay due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Once the order is packed and shipped, cancellation or modification of the order may not be possible. By placing an order and paying the advance amount, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
